AXIS is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Funding is provided by third-party funding sources and remains subject to their underwriting and approval.
No guarantee
An initial score, document-assisted diagnosis, refined workspace result, route, review request, contact request or engagement does not guarantee approval, funding amount, rate, term or timing.
Accuracy and authority
You agree to provide accurate information and confirm that you are authorized to act for the business identified. Do not enter Social Security numbers into a questionnaire. Select only files you are authorized to review.
Consumer-report boundary
The local document tool does not order a consumer report or create a permissible purpose for AXIS to obtain or use one. You must not provide a report belonging to another person. Any later credit inquiry requires separate authorization, identity verification and a legally permissible purpose.
Free workspace boundary
The Stage 1 assessment and Stage 2 wizard use unverified answers and customer-confirmed document suggestions. Saving a workspace or requesting an AXIS review does not pull credit, identify a funding source or begin a lender submission.
Document analysis and storage
Text extraction and heuristics can miss, misread or misclassify information. Local suggestions are not verified facts. If you separately choose encrypted storage, AXIS retains the selected file only to the displayed expiration and records access. You must review extracted values and may not upload files you are not authorized to provide.
Professional partner boundary
Applying to, being approved for or accessing the AXIS Partner Program does not authorize a firm to identify lenders, quote or negotiate terms, promise an outcome, collect advance funding fees or submit a financing request as AXIS. Required training and an executed agreement must be complete before partner access is activated. Any eligibility or compensation is governed only by that executed agreement.
Engagement and compensation
No funding-source identity is provided and no lender submission begins until the applicable engagement process is complete. Funding-source compensation and any applicable financing costs are disclosed separately.
