Information we collect
AXIS collects information you choose to provide, including business identity, funding needs, contact details, consent records, initial scoring inputs and answers you confirm and save through the three guided workspace phases. Five underwriting components remain organized behind those phases. The guided workspace is stored server-side so you can return through a secure email link.
Local analysis and encrypted document storage
Document suggestions are produced locally in the browser. Raw files are not transmitted unless you separately choose Encrypt & Save. Files saved through that action use tenant-scoped AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption, access logging, extraction provenance and a displayed retention expiration. Derived values enter the workspace only after review and confirmation.
Universal Funding Application
The invitation-only Universal Funding Application stores the business profile, funding request, owner contact information, consent record and revision history in AXIS’s Netlify-hosted application store. It deliberately excludes Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s-license data, full EINs, home addresses, signatures and identity files. When you accept the required data-use consent, AXIS sends contact information and high-level application status to GoHighLevel, its customer relationship management provider. Completing this profile does not submit it to a funding source and does not automatically redirect you to an undisclosed third-party identity service.
The invitation expires after 30 days. Link expiry does not itself delete the application record. Authenticated AXIS operations can delete the application, token and revision history, and a scheduled deletion process runs when AXIS configures its counsel-approved retention periods. Until that schedule is published, you may request access or deletion at the contact address below.
How we use information
AXIS uses submitted information to save and refine a requested score, operate the customer workspace, communicate about the analysis, manage a requested AXIS review, prepare an engagement agreement and evaluate a funding path. When you create an AXIS account and consent to contact, your name, business name, email, optional phone number and high-level AXIS workspace status may also be recorded in AXIS’s GoHighLevel customer relationship management system so AXIS can follow up and maintain the service history. Passwords, raw uploaded documents and extracted document text are not sent to GoHighLevel by this integration.
Professional partner program
Partner applicants provide professional firm, contact, program-fit and compliance information. Approved firms receive a firm-specific referral identity after required training and agreement controls are complete. AXIS may show an approved partner limited milestones for clients attributed to that firm, such as saved-score progress and review status. AXIS does not expose questionnaire answers, uploaded documents, funding-source identities, pricing or underwriting decisions to the referring partner through the Partner Desk.
Sharing
AXIS does not sell personal information. Saving or refining a workspace does not submit information to a funding source. Relevant information is shared with a funding source only after appropriate authorization and engagement controls. Service providers may process hosting, customer relationship management, analytics, email, identity, credit, e-signature and payment data under their own agreements.
Security and retention
Customer workspace records are restricted to the signed-in customer and authenticated AXIS operations. Do not add photo ID, Social Security cards or files you are not authorized to review to a local document tool. Documents that AXIS must retain for a financing file should be transferred only through an approved secure intake service. AXIS applies access, retention and deletion controls appropriate to the connected service.
